Return/Exchange Policy
Our return policy is very easy!
You may return an item for:
- Full Refund back to your original payment method
- 100% store-credit
- Exchange for the same or another product
We understand there could be so many reasons you would want to return or exchange your bag for another one. That’s why we have made the process extremely smooth for you!
How to make a return
Once you have received your order, you have 7 (seven) days to return it, or up to 14 days if you selected Premier Shipping. Unless the item is faulty, it would need to be returned in its original state: unworn, unused with the return tags attached and its dust bag, cards and packaging.
Then, contact our lovely customer service team at info@cosette.com.au with your order number and return enquiry. Soon after, they will provide you with our Return Form and with the instructions to return your product back to us.
Once received, our customer service team will assess your return, and if everything looks good, they will proceed to your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable with the exception of faulty or damaged items.
