You’ll have up to 7 days (14 days if you selected Premier Shipping) from the delivery date to create a returns label.
We have 3 rules for returns, item(s) must be returned:
1. Unless the item is faulty, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
2. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes branded dust bags, care and/or authenticity cards
3. Include all items you want to return and ship it back to us in the supplied brown shipping box (plus white Cosette gift box if included).
You may return an item for:
- Full Refund back to your original payment method
- 100% store-credit
- Exchange for the same or another product
Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at discretion. If returns outside of the 14 days are approved, amounts will only be refunded as a store credit.
- We offer free return labels for the following.
- Change of mind, refund to store credit.
- We sent you the wrong item.
- The item we sent is faulty.

We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items, and place a new order.
When a return is not free.
If you return your item and request a refund, due to change of mind, we will refund AUD20 less to cover shipping and handling fees.

- To initiate a return, please visit our returns page. Insert your order number and email address. Orders shipped within Australia. Self-serve returns available for international orders, including U.S., coming soon.
- Follow the easy on-screen instructions.
- If your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and be instructed on next steps.
Once received, our customer service team will assess your return, and if approved, they will proceed to your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days (up to 10 business days for international orders) for your refund to be processed by your bank. Please note that a shipping and handling (AUD20) will be charged for change of mind returns, should you require a refund (except for faulty or damaged items).
Credit Card payments: Between 3-5 business days of receipt of your items and your return has been approved.
PayPal: Your refund should be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
Store Credit: within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to the original payment method. If you paid for your order in store credit, we would refund the amount as it was charged.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned to you.

We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and at our discretion, may lead to the closure of the account or future orders being refused.
12 Month’s store warranty and refunds.
All products sold come with a complementary 12-month store warranty. If you have received a product with a defect or should your product become faulty, email us at email@example.com.
Items which have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
If the product is confirmed to have a defect or is faulty, we will replace or repair the product, as appropriate. If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or you otherwise do not have a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
