The item must be in a saleable condition, including the original packaging, which must remain intact. This includes branded dust bags, care, and/or authenticity cards.
If you are missing your COSETTE delivery box or satchel, please use a similar sized cardboard box or plastic delivery satchel. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe packing of your return, so we receive the items in their original condition.
